Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 2861, dated October 13, 1998, the Legislature approved a cooperative agreement with Mid-America Regional Council, as to the Domestic Preparedness Equipment Support Program Grant; and,
WHEREAS, Mid-America Regional Council now desires to amend said agreement by extending its date through September 30, 2000; and,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive is hereby authorized to enter into the attached first addendum, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference, with Mid-America Regional Council.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
