WHEREAS, the Family Court has a need for the replacement of a damaged 2004 Ford E-350; and,

WHEREAS, American Family Insurance Group has declared the damaged vehicle a total loss and has reimbursed the County the amount of $20,790.00 for the cost of a replacement vehicle; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
