Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 10 ± acre tract of land generally located ½ mile south of Allen Road on the west side of Hoover Road and more specifically described as:

THE NORTH HALF OF THAT PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 50, RANGE 30, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 18, THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 20 MINUTES 56 SECONDS EAST ALONG SAID EAST LINE 1986.65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 0 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 55 SECONDS EAST ALONG THE SAID EAST LINE 660 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 25 SECONDS WEST 1301.45 FEET TO A POINT THAT IS 1320 FEET OF WEST LINE OF SAID NORTHEAST QUARTER, THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO AND 1320 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION 660 FEET THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 30 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST 1298.12 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, EXCEPT THAT PART IN ROADS, IF ANY AKA 2618 N. HOOVER ROAD.

The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Brad Hampton (RZ-2001-224), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on March 15, 2001, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legisl...
