AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A (Agricultural) to RE (Residential Estates), a certain 2 ± acre tract.

ORDINANCE # 3260, June 10, 2002

Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 2± acre lot generally located 2/10 of a mile north of Pink Hill Road on the west side of Fields Road and legally described as Lot 4 Hawk Ridge, a subdivision lying in the southeast quarter of Section 13, Township 49, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri aka 3320 S. Fields Road.


Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Robert and Diane Kimzey (RZ-2002-265), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on May 16, 2002, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
