Body
WHEREAS, Leonardo (Leo) Agricola Biscari, a member of Boy Scout Troop 865, has successfully completed all requirements to attain Scouting's highest honor, the rank of Eagle Scout; and,

WHEREAS, Leo, son of Robert and Joy Biscari and brother of Loriana and Giuliana Biscari of Independence, MO, has been a member of Scouting for 10 years, and has received 33 merit badges; and,

WHEREAS, Leo has received numerous awards and honors including Order of the Arrow, Ad Altare Dei (religious award), World Conservation, Foxman (Tribe of Mic-O-Say) 2002, Brave (Tribe of Mic-O-Say) 2003 with the Tribal name of Mighty Swift Running Buck, and Warrior (Tribe of Mic-O-Say) 2004; and,

WHEREAS, Leo has participated in many Scouting activities and has accumulated impressive totals of 108 nights of camping, 5 years of summer camping at H. Roe Bartle Scout Reservation, 2 district camporees, 2 district Klondike camps, 2 Katy Trail Bike and Hike campouts, and Sea Base High Adventure in the Florida Keys; and,

WHEREAS, Leo's Eagle Scout project was the planting of 45 evergreen trees along a new connecting drive between two parking lots at St. Mark's Church, in Independence, MO; and,

WHEREAS, the trees were planted to provide a screening of the back of the church and to prevent automobile lights from shining upon homes at night; and,

WHEREAS, Leo's leadership positions include patrol leader, librarian, scribe, assistant senior patrol leader, and he is currently serving as the senior patrol leader; and,

WHEREAS, Leo will be recognized at his Eagle Court of Honor to be held at St. Mark's Church, 3736 Lee's Summit Road, Independence, M...
