WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 88-00 for the furnishing of cold asphaltic concrete mix and patching material for use by the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Departments to provide for departmental needs for the upcoming one-year period; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bids from the following:
