Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 15716, dated December 5, 2005, the Legislature awarded and authorized the execution of an agreement with Mobile Video Services for furnishing of sketch vectoring services for use by the Assessment Department, at a cost to the County not to exceed $573,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, through various efficiencies and cooperation, the Assessment Department and Mobile Video Services have identified an estimated cost savings of over $49.000.00 within the original contract amount under the terms and conditions of Electronic Solicitation No. PP20052; and,
WHEREAS, the County desires to obtain an enhancement of the results from the services provided under the Agreement, based upon further analysis of the project; and,
WHEREAS, the desired enhancement will provide for sketch vectoring of the upper level of multi-story improvements as a unit rather than in segments; and,
WHEREAS, Section 2.1 of the Agreement provides that the County may make changes in the scope of services; and,
WHEREAS, Mobile Video Services is willing to provide the described enhancement of the results at a cost that will not exceed the original not-to-exceed cost of $573,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, Mobile Video Services is uniquely positioned to provide the enhancement of the results due to the work already performed by Mobile Video Services; now therefore,
