BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the District AG (Agricultural) to District RR (Residential Ranchette) and from District RR (Ranchette) to District AG (Agricultural), two 0.85? acre tracts of land located at 1719 & 1709 S. Buckner Tarsney Road in Jackson County, MO, legally described as follows:

Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri, being described as follows: Commencing at the
Southwest corner of said Section 02, thence North 01 degrees 38 minutes 01 seconds
East, along the West line of said Section 02, 272.00 feet; thence South 88 degrees 18
minutes 00 seconds East, 447.32 to the Point of Beginning of land herein described:
thence continuing South 88 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East, 354.68 feet; thence
South 01 degrees 38 minutes 01 seconds West, 106.36 feet; thence North 88 degrees
18 minutes 00 seconds West, 345.13 feet; thence North 03 degrees 29 minutes 56
