BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 Grant Fund to cover the Family Court Division's SAFE-TYES program with Children's Mercy Hospital funded by a grant from the United States Department of Health and Human Services.
