IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI

Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 105-99 for the furnishing of janitorial services for County buildings; and,

WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that Modern Maintenance of Overland Park, KS, has submitted the lowest and best bid in the estimated two-year amount of $862,958.45; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,


BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
