Title
A RESOLUTION awarding a twelve (12) month term and supply contract for the furnishing of carpentry and construction services for use by various County departments to Brunn-Ulmer Construction Co., of Kansas City, KS, under the terms and conditions of Invitation to Bid No. 64-04. This award is based on an as needed basis and does not obligate Jackson County to pay any specific amount. The availability of funds for specific purchases is subject to annual appropriation.

WHEREAS, there is a continuing need by various County departments for the furnishing of carpentry and construction services; and,
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 64-04 for the furnishing of carpentry and construction services for various County departments; and,
WHEREAS, a total of 170 Invitations to Bid were distributed and four (4) responses were received; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bid by item from the following:
