Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Invitation to Bid No. 26-09 for the furnishing of video production services for use by the Legislature; and,
WHEREAS, a total of seventeen (17) solicitations were distributed and four (4) responses were received as follows:

WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends award to SB Productions of Kansas City, MO, as the lowest and best bidder; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover the costs; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2009 General Fund:
