WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund is necessary to cover the purchase of salt for ice and snow removal during the winter months for the Public Works Department; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1998 Special Road and Bridge Fund:
