Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18053, dated January 7, 2013, the Legislature did authorize the execution of a Cooperative Agreement, in the amount of $30,000.00, with One Goal Consultants for the ex-felon helpline; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to revise the original budget presented by One Goal Consultant due to some increased supply costs; and,
WHEREAS, an Addendum to the Cooperative Agreement is a suitable mechanism to memorialize the budget revisions; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an Addendum to the Cooperative Agreement with the One Goal Consultant, at no additional cost to the County, in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
