Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has been awarded the Juvenile Justice Education Regional Training Initiative grant in the amount of $2,296.00 by the Office of the State Courts Administrator, for the period of July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013; and,
WHEREAS, the grant funds will be used to provide professional development for family court staff; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place the grant funds in the proper spending accounts; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the fund balance of the 2012 Grant Fund:
