Body
WHEREAS, Richard R. Allen was an avid supporter and sponsor of the annual Jackson County Parks and Recreation Kid's Fishing Derby program; and,

WHEREAS, upon Mr. Allen's death in December 2009, the family requested that donations be made in his memory to Jackson County Parks and Recreation to be used for the annual Kid's Fishing Derby; and,

WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to place the funds in the proper spending accounts; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said appropriation; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and is hereby made:
