BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 5 ± acres are located approximately ½ ± mile west of Koger Road on the north side of Blue Mills Road and specifically described as: All that part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 50, Range 31 Jackson County, Missouri, being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 12; thence along the North line of said Quarter Section, South 88 degrees, 27 minutes, 20 seconds East, 1085.94 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along the North line of said Quarter Section, South 88 degrees, 27 minutes, 20 seconds East, 283.18 feet; thence parallel to the Northeast line of a tract of land described by Document No. I-245698, South 19 degrees, 55 minutes, 10 seconds East, 772.76 feet to a point on the Northwest Right-of-Way line of Blue Mills Road (40 feet from the center line thereof); thence along the Northwest Right-of-Way line of said Blue Mills Road (40 feet from the center line thereof), in a Southwesterly direction, along a curve to the right (having an initial tangent bearing of South 66 degrees, 36 minutes, 31 seconds West and a radius of 1105.73 feet), 67.00 feet to a point of tangent; thence continuing al...
