WHEREAS, the Missouri Department of Public Safety has awarded a Victim Services Advocates Grant to the Prosecuting Attorney's Office to cover the cost of a victim advocate for its Victim Services Program; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer from the 1999 General Fund and appropriation from the 1999 Grant Fund be and hereby are made:
