IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION amending the City of Kansas City's County Urban Road System priorities. Intro RESOLUTION # 10894, July 10, 1995 INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, Jackson County and the City of Kansas City have an agreement to apply County road and bri ge funds that are due to the City of Kansas City, Missouri, under the County Urban Road System (CU S) program to road and bridge projects within the City of general County interest and benefit; and, WHEREAS, the Kansas City Council by its Resolution #950669, dated June 1, 1995, has amended its pr oritization of its road and bridge projects by moving the Prospect Bridge project from the design nly category to the construction category and making the Prospect Bridge the next construction pro ect under the Kansas City CURS program; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the City of Kansas City' CURS projects, as reprioritized by the City of Kansas City, are hereby adopted for 1995. Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
