Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 18019, dated November 13, 2012, the Legislature authorized the transfer of funds within the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund to cover a shortfall in salaries accounts within the Department of Corrections resulting from staffing moves; and,
WHEREAS, inadvertently an account number was listed incorrectly in that Resolution and must be corrected; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends a transfer to correct this error; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2012 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the portion of Resolution 18019, dated November 13, 2012, as it relates to the designated budget account in the amount of $60,000.00 be and hereby is rescinded and corrected by the fiscal information indicated in this Resolution.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
