BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 6.6 + acre lot generally located 900 feet east of the Outer Belt Extension on the north side of Boswell Road specifically described as replat of part of Lot 2 McKinney Acres, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri lying in the east half of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 28, Township 47, Range 29.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Les Farris (RZ-96-019), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on February 15, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
