WHEREAS, the Jackson County Family Court has estimated shortfalls in accounts for contractual services and supplies and has requested a transfer totaling $164,046.00 from soft savings within the 2006 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund; and,

WHEREAS, the Administration recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2006 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
