Body
WHEREAS, transfers within the 1997 General Fund and the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund are necessary to cover the creation of the Office of Guardian Ad Litem within the Family Court Division; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfers; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfers be made within the 1997 General Fund and the 1997 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
