BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 10.3 ± acres are generally located 1/2 ± mile north of U.S. Highway 50 on the west side of Al Gossett Road and specifically described as all that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 47 North, Range 29 West, situated in Jackson County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of said quarter quarter section; thence North 02? 29' 07" East along the East line of said quarter quarter section a distance of 344.76 feet to the point of beginning; thence North 87 ? 37' 52" West a distance of 1348.90 feet to the West line of said quarter quarter section, (Found 1/2" iron bar); thence North 02? 21' 14" East along said West line a distance of 332.55 feet (Found 3/8" iron bar); thence South 87? 43' 29" East, (South 89? 43' 47" West Deed), a distance of 1349.67 feet, (1349.40 feet Deed), to the East line of said quarter quarter section; thence South 02? 29' 07" West along said East line a distance of 328.76 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 450,196 square feet more or less, except that part in the public road, aka 13210 Al Gossett Road.
