WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Hardsaw Road Culvert No. 4, Tract No. 2, Project No. 2353, to acquire a right-of-way over, and to cause certain damage to, the property of certain property owners, Rex D. and Mary Ann Luchtel and R. Scott and Robin M. Strobach, in the amount of $135.00; and,
WHEREAS, the owners have agreed to convey said right-of-way, and to settle the claim for damages and have executed the attached conveyance in favor of the County in consideration of the total payment of $135.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance issue a check in the amount of $135.00 in the name of Rex D. and Mary Ann Luchtel and R. Scott and Robin M. Strobach, and that the check be delivered to the Department of Public Works, Kaye Merkle, Engineering Division, for appropriate disposition...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
