Body
WHEREAS, at its meeting of January 12, 2006, the COMBAT Commission recommended the execution of an agreement with Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe and Mullane, L.L.C. to provide accounting services to anti-drug prevention and treatment agencies; and,
WHEREAS, the propose Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein, provides a suitable mechanism whereby Cudney, Ecord, McEnroe and Mullane, L.L.C. will provide such services; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the Agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
