BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 48.5 ± acre tract of land generally located at the northeast corner of Harris Road and Herring Road and more specifically described as:

All of the South One-Half of LOT 2 of the Southwest Quarter of Section 18, Township 47, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of LOT 2 of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18, thence North 1°58'11" East, along the West line of said Southwest Quarter Section, a distance of 1324.89 feet to the Northwest corner of the South One-Half of LOT 2 of said Southwest Quarter Section; thence South 89°48'07" East, along the North line of said LOT 2, a distance of 1653.56 feet, to the Northeast corner of the South One-Half of LOT 2 of said Southwest Quarter Section; thence South 2°01'28" West, along the East line of said LOT 2, a distance of 1326.70 feet to the Southeast corner of LOT 2 of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 18; thence North 89°44'27" West, along the South line of said Southwest Quarter Section, a distance of 1652.23 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 50.2835 gross acres, more or less.
