WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary for the Family Court's capital improvement program to provide supplemental funding for the fifth of six years of the surplus funding arrangement; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
