WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover education benefits for the Division of Administration and Parks & Recreation Department; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the 1996 Law Enforcement Fund to cover education benefits for the Division of Administration and Parks & Recreation Department:
