Body
WHEREAS, due to a recent surge in the inmate population at the Jackson County Detention Center, it is necessary to increase the level of staffing at the Jackson County Detention Center; and,

WHEREAS, in order to accomplish this hiring an appropriation is necessary; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED that the following appropriation be and hereby is made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1994 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
