Body
WHEREAS, the Sheriff's Department has (9) nine vehicles, itemized on the attached documentation, that have become excess property; and,
WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing recommends that said property be declared surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the vehicles itemized in the attached documentation be declared surplus, and that the Purchasing Director be and hereby is authorized to dispose of them pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
