Body
WHEREAS, Mid America Assistance Coalitions's Project Link is an on-line case management program that tracks client services across the boundaries of social service agencies; and,
WHEREAS, the COMBAT Commission supports this electronic tracking system and desires to expand Mid America Assistance Coalition's Project Link to its 61 agencies funded through the COMBAT Commission; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and is authorized to execute the attached agreement with Mid America Assistance Coalition; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the Agreement...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
