WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney's Office has experienced a budget shortfall in its operational accounts and has reached its internal transfer limits for November; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to cover expenses for additional memory for the office copier and to purchase concealable vests; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
