Body
WHEREAS, the Director of Family Support has recommended a contract with the National Center for Fathering to provide fathering training sessions for males who are clients of the Fathering Court Diversion Project; and,

WHEREAS, the attached contract sets forth the agreement and understanding of the parties; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and hereby is, authorized to execute the attached Agreement with the National Center for Fathering; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance be, and hereby is, authorized to make all payments, including final payments on this Agreement.

Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
