Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 10693, dated February 21, 1995, the Legislature adopted a request by the City of Grandview which made the improvement of Harry S Truman Road west of Byars Road a priority; and,
WHEREAS, the Legislature finds that the project proposed by the City will benefit the citizens of Grandview and the citizens of Jackson County; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to fund the design phase of the project; now therefore
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 1995 County Urban Road System Fund: DEPARTMENT/DIVISION CHARACTER/DESCRIPTION FROM TO
Unappropriated Surplus $75,000 Div. of Administration Public Works Dept. County Urban Road System Grandview City Projects $75,000
