BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 15 ñ acre tract of land generally located 1/4 of a mile east of Knorpp Road on the south side of Stringtown Road and more specifically described:
A part of the North « of the NW 1/4 of Section 33, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri and being herein described as Beginning at a point 1100.00 feet East of the NW corner of said NW 1/4; said point being on the North Line of said NW 1/4; thence S 89 10' 58" E along said North Line for 1142.75 feet; thence S 2 26' 14" W and parallel to the East line of said NW 1/4 for 571.88 feet; thence N 89 58' 10" W for 1141.75 feet to a point that is 1100.00 feet East of the West line of said NW 1/4; thence N 2 29' 13" E for a distance of 571.88 feet to the point of beginning.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Randy Armstrong (RZ-98-126), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on October 29, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
