BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
A 11 ñ acre tract of land generally located in ¬ ñ mile south of Hunter Road on the west side of Wood Road lying in the northeast quarter of Section 6, Township 50, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri and specifically described:

RNG-30 TWP-50 SEC-06PT OF NE ¬ NE ¬ DAF: BEG AT NE COR OF SD ¬ ¬ TH S 818.34' TH W 20.02' TO TRU POB TH W 619.28' TH S 775.77' TH 3 611.71' TH N 10 DEG E 46.30' TH N 727.8' TO TRU POB



Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Jason White (RZ-99-157), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on July 15, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
