BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
The 57.6ñ acre tract is generally located approximately 1/4 mile north of Colbern Road on the east side of Howard Road more specifically described as: All that part of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 4, Range 31, in Jackson County, Missouri more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Center of said Section 25; thence North 02 degrees 05 minutes 35 seconds East along the West Line of said Northeast Quarter a distance of 680.36 feet; thence South 88 degrees 19 minutes 43 seconds East a distance of 40.00 feet to a point on the East Right-of-Way Line of Howard Road said point being on the North Line of LAWNWOOD - 5TH PLAT, a subdivision of land in said County and State said point also being the Point of Beginning; thence North 02 degrees 05 minutes 35 seconds East along said East Right-of-Way Line a distance of 1963.06 feet to a point on the North Line of said Northeast Quarter, thence South 88 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds East along said North Line a distance of 1278.89 feet to the Northeast Corner of the West Half of said Northeast Quarter, thence South 01 degrees 59 minutes 35 seconds West along the East...
