WHEREAS, the Little Blue Valley District has provided $50,000.00 to cover a portion of the expenses of the Jackson County Stormwater Commission; and,
WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place these funds in the proper spending account; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2006 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
