WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1996 General Fund is necessary to cover the cost of a transition team to assist with modifications to the Jackson County Detention Center complex; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends such transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 1996 General Fund be and hereby is made:
