Body
WHEREAS, the Prosecuting Attorney recommends the execution of a Professional Service Agreement with Jocelyn Burgo of Raytown, MO, to provide various services relating to COMBAT, at a cost to the County not to exceed of $4,800.00; and,

WHEREAS, the proposed duties include coordination of plans for arrestee drug monitoring (ADAM) data collection and updating of the COMBAT annual report; and,

WHEREAS, the term of the proposed agreement is from December 1 through December 31, 2005; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, MO that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Jocelyn Burgo of Raytown, MO, at a cost to the County not to exceed $4,800.00 in a form to be approved by the County Counselor; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
