BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 3 ± acres are located approximately one-half (1/2) of a mile north of Nebgen Road on the east side of Stillhouse Road and specifically described as all that part of the South half of the Southwest Quarter in Section 7, Township 48, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri, described in a Quit-Claim Deed recorded in the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds Office as Instrument No. 2009E0018684, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Center of Section 7, Township 48, Range 29 in Jackson County, Missouri; thence along the East line of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7, South 01 degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds West (this bearing and all following bearings being referenced to grid North as established by Jackson County State Plane Coordinates System Control point JA-14), a distance of 1312.64 feet to a point on said East line, said point also being the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section 7; thence departing said corner, continuing along said East line, South 01 degrees 21 minutes 45 seconds West, a distance of 979.89 feet to the Northeast corner a 10 acre tract of land described in a Missouri Warranty Deed recorded in the Jackson County Recorder of Deeds Office as Docum...
