WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to place funds received by the County as court costs into spending accounts for use for training Sheriff's and Parks and Recreation Department personnel; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her proposed 2001 County budget; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2001 Law Enforcement Training Fund be and hereby is made:
