Body
WHEREAS, the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department has recommended that the schedule of park fees and charges be adjusted to provide for modest increases to several fees to cover increased costs of providing services and to impose fees for new services; and,
WHEREAS, said adjustments, as reflected in the attached Schedule I, are in the best interests of the citizens of the County; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Enacting Clause. Schedule I, Chapter 50, Jackson County Code, 1984, is hereby repealed and a new schedule enacted in lieu thereof, to be known as Schedule I, to read as follows:

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
