BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:

A 45.4 + acre tract of land generally located at the northwest corner of Easley Road and Alley-Jackson Road and specifically described as follows:
A part of Section 9, Township 47, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 9; thence South 89 degrees, 32 minutes, 38 seconds, West along the South line of the Northeast Quarter, 120.00 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence South 01 degrees, 35 minutes, 02 seconds West, 1.51 feet to a point on the existing North right-of-way line (20.00 feet North of centerline as now established); thence South 86 degrees, 40 minutes, 42 seconds West along said line, 989.28 feet to a point of curvature; thence continue along said line and a curve to the right having a Radius of 3354.04 feet and a distance of 223.43 feet; thence continue along said line North 89 degrees, 22 minutes, 41 seconds West, 531.30 feet; thence North 01 degrees, 35 minutes, 02 seconds East, 669.00 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 47 minutes, 46 seconds East, 991.53 feet; thence North 01 degrees, 35 minutes, 02 seconds...
