BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 10 ± acre tract of land generally located ¼ ± of a mile east of Gardner Road on the south side of Missouri Route FF (Truman Road) and more specifically described as:

All that part of the Northeast ¼ of the North ½ of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼, Section 18, Township 49 North, Range 29 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, Jackson County, Missouri. Being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of Section 18-49-29; thence with the East line of said section S01?35'42"W, 662.88' to the Southeast corner of the Northeast ¼ of the North ½ of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼ of said Section 18-49-29; thence N88?44'03"W, 663.76' to the Southwest corner of said fractional section; thence N01?32'31"E to the Northwest corner of the aforesaid Northeast ¼ of the North ½ of the East ½ of the Northeast ¼ of Section 18-49-29; thence with the North line of said section S88?50'48"E, 664.34' back to the POINT of BEGINNING and containing 439,739.42 sq. ft. of 10.09 acres, aka 37101 E. Truman Road.
