BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District, the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, and the RR-p (Residential Ranchette - Planned Development) District so that there will be transferred from District A and District RR to District RR-p, a tract of land described as follows:

The 50 ± acres are located at the southeast corner of Alley Jackson Road and Gammon Road, includes Lots 1 and 2 of Bramble Estates, a Jackson County subdivision and is legally described as:

A tract of land being in part of the southeast quarter of Section 16, Township 47 North, Range 30 West in Jackson County, Missouri more particularly described as follows: beginning at the southwest corner of the southeast quarter of said Section 16, said point also being the southwest corner of Lot 2 Bramble Estates, a subdivision as recorded in Jackson County, Missouri; thence easterly along the south line of said Section 16, S 89?51'43" E, 2633.02 feet to the southeast corner of said Section 16; thence northerly along the east line of said Section 16, N 02?13'53" E, 845.87 feet; thence westerly N 89?51'43" W, 1847.08 feet, to a point on the south line of Lot 7 Country Summit Estates, a subdivision as recorded in Jackson County, Missouri; thence N 43?49'05" W, 62.87 feet to a point on the south righ...
