WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 7, 1996, the COMBAT Commission recommended that the County and Comprehensive Mental Health Services Foundation enter into an agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, whereunder the County will pay $1,200.00 to Comprehensive Mental Health Services Foundation, to be used for funding the workshop "Building Cultural Diversity Skills"; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
