BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

A 20 + acre tract of land generally located at the Northwest corner of Stringtown Road and Hutt Road, more particularly described as located in the S 1/2 of Section 26, Township 47, Range 30 beginning at the SE Corner of said Section 26; thence S 89ø 38' 42" W along the south line of said section 659.60 feet; thence N 2ø 09' 22" E 1317.82 feet; to a Point on the North line of the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of said Section 26; thence N 89ø 40' 59" E along said north line 659.59 feet to the NE Corner of the S 1/2 of said SE 1/4 of Section 26; thence S 02ø 09' 22" W along the East line of said section 1314.70 feet to the POB.


Section 2. The preliminary plat "Breezy Meadows," creating a four-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.

Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Mary Kim Clark (RZ-96-033), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on July 18, 1996, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative powe...
