Body
WHEREAS, the Deferred Prosecution Unit of the Prosecuting Attorney's Office was relocated last year to a smaller location, necessitating the replacement of oversized and broken furniture; and,

WHEREAS, the necessary furniture will be purchased under an existing County term and supply contract; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary in order to access the funds required for this purchase; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
